A fourth person has died after sustaining injuries caused by an alleged drunk driver who plowed through a crowd at the SXSW music festival in Austin, Texas on March 13. 18-year-old DeAndre Tatum passed away today (Mar. 27) after being hospitalized in critical condition since the accident.

Tatum is the fourth victim whose life was cut too short after 21-year-old Rashad Charjuan Owens struck concert-goers with his car after being chased by police. 26-year-old Austin student Sandy Thuy Lee died on March 16, three days after the accident, while 27-year-old Jamie West and 35-year-old Steven Craenmehr were killed in the collision. Tatum’s girlfriend, Curtisha Davis, 19 was released from the hospital on March 18. She had also suffered critical injuries from the crash.

Owens has been charged with one count of capital murder, but more charges may be added on later, including another charge of capital murder and 23 charges of aggravated assault with a vehicle. He remains in police custody and a judge has set his bail at $3 million.

Owens has a long list of scarily similar legal troubles, including a prior hit-and-run in Alaska in November 2011, which also occurred while he was intoxicated. Just a month prior, in October 2011, he was charged with a misdemeanor DWI and leaving the scene of an accident, though the second charge was later dismissed. He was also arrested in Texas in 2010 and pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing.
