Fans of 'All My Children' and 'One Life to Live' can pop open a bottle of champagne.

The two long-running soaps, each on the air for more than four decades and slated for cancellation later this year, will continue their exploits -- online.

ABC has sold the online rights to the shows as part of a deal with TV, film and music company Prospect Park.

After their final air-dates in September, the sudsers will pick up where they left off with the same cast, crew and talent on a not-yet-named Hulu-style web network.

Maybe Erica Kane will find her next husband on an online dating site, too.
