The theme was 'Punk: Chaos to Couture,' and many A-listers interpreted it quite literally, like Miley Cyrus, while others, such as Madonna and Gwen Stefani, played with the concept. Standouts, for better or worse, included Beyonce (in Givenchy); Taylor Swift (in J. Mendel); and Katy Perry, who wore a crown with Dolce & Gabbana.
