After conquering the music game, Cash Money CEO Birdman is now ready to invade Hollywood. The tattooed-heavy executive revealed to XXL that he plans to launch Cash Money Films this year. Among the projects in development includes a headlining movie for Omar Epps (of ‘House’ fame) and a Young Money-starring flick called ‘Rich Gang.’

“We start shooting that in the fall,” said Birdman about the movie. “That’s the whole team, that’s like a 2012 Baller Blockin’. “The ‘Rich Gang’ movie is about the team. Everybody is going to be the star of it, but Wayne will be the center of it. It’s about the team, everybody that’s on the label.”

According to the No. 1 Stunna, no acting skills will be required for the movie and everyone will play themselves. “I’m not gonna tell no n—a to go to acting school,” he explains. “Just be yourself. We’re excited as a brand about it. Tyga, everybody is like, ‘Stunna, let’s do a  movie.’ We got a few of them lined up and we gonna shoot them.”

We don’t know how original that movie is going to be — just put them in a scene and shoot — but if it’s anything like the low-budget ‘Balla Blockin’, then it’s going to be a straight-to-DVD kind of a project. No dice. We suggest that Birdman hire a quality screenwriter and get Drake and Nicki Minaj to topline the movie.

The only real budding actor on Young Money is Lil Wayne. His first breakout role was in the 2009 straight-to-DVD movie ‘Hurricane Season,’ which also starred Forest Whitaker and Bow Wow.

We wish Birdman the best of luck with his film venture. But seriously, rethink that whole “no acting skills required” thing.
