Cardi B is showing support to the strip club she used to work at and is calling for justice after the venue was recently shut down.

The "Be Careful" rapper hopped on Instagram on Monday (June 4) to give a shutout to her former place of work, writing, "justice for LUST !!!Come on now that's fucked up ,never a shoot out ,nobody ever got murked .Its like you can't win for shit !!! OPEN THEM LOCKS FOR @lustbk."

According to a June 4 report from Page Six, the club, which is officially known as Love & Lust, shut down after reportedly being continuously targeted by the NYPD. In a $125 million claim of notice filed by owner Imran Jairam, the owner alleges the club has been unfairly targeted by police and the State Liquor Authority since 2014.

The owner also claims that then-NYPD Deputy Inspector Emmanuel Gonzalez came to him in 2017 seeking free round-trip plane tickets to Puerto Rico, as well as a generator for a hospital in the island. The NYPD Captains Endowment Association president fired back at the claims, saying the club is "looking to shift focus from their bad conduct."

50 Cent also recently showed his support for Love & Lust and landed himself in hot water with the NYPD. The "Crazy" rapper posted about the club on Instagram and added his catchphrase to the post, "Get the strap." The rapper's caption led to police investigating the possibility of charging 50 with misdemeanor aggravated harassment.
