We’re roughly ten days away from Chris Brown dropping his new album ‘Fortune’ on July 3 and he’s not done with his online promotions. The R&B champagne-magnate recently unveiled another cover art for his project, which is most likely for his deluxe album.

Like he did for his last album ‘F.A.M.E.,’ Brown released a Deluxe Team Breezy Edition collection that featured three bonus tracks, personal artwork and a special song for his fans (‘All About You’). The new ‘Fortune’ promo cover (pictured, left) features Brown dressed in all-black with three lovely women wearing tight body-hugging outfits standing in the background. What does it mean? We don’t know, but Brown is definitely looking in the wrong direction.

Meanwhile, Brown raps to MTV News about his adept lyrical skills. We all know that MC Breezy has bars for days (check out his ‘Boy in Detention‘ mixtape), but the singer says rapping is more than just a hobby for him.

“With the hip-hop and the rapping, I wouldn’t say it’s a hobby, it’s just me expressing myself,” he says. After the Diplo-produced ‘Look at Me Now’ (featuring Busta Rhymes and Lil Wayne) became a chart-topping smash he decided to pursue rapping since everyone seemed to like it. “I didn’t sing on the record at all. It just was a rap song,” he says. “So I was like, ‘Cool, if they going with it, I’m gonna keep going.’”

“I’m not going to sit here and say I’m the best rapper or I’m a rapper,” he continues. “I’m just saying I could do it, I guess, if y’all like it.”

While some may frown at Brown trying his hand at rapping, the crooner believes that fans are open to R&B and pop artists expressing themselves in rap music.

“I think the culture now is starting to be very different and is acceptable to diversity,” he says. “You don’t have to be the hardest of the hardest rapper, or the toughest of the toughest guy to make a statement verbally as far as your expression.”

“With Justin [Bieber], me, Drake and other people that rap that aren’t the DMXs of the world, it’s a different day,” he adds. “I think people are just listening to the music and not the actually lifestyle. They want to have fun; kids just want to have fun and be them. The rebellious stage is what we are about. We are the revolution.”
