Demi Lovato has announced she'll be teaming up with CAST Centers to offer mental health sessions during all of her upcoming tour dates.

The mental health foundation cited in a press release that its mission is to make “mental health and addiction recovery mainstream and eras[e] the stigma around asking for help.” So they will be traveling with Lovato, setting up free sessions with Mike Bayer, founder and CEO of CAST Centers, and a wellness expert. Each show will feature different guest speakers leading discussion about mental health awareness. Guests for each tour stop are yet to be announced.

An outspoken mental health advocate, this isn't the first time Lovato has offered support during a tour. She recently told Good Morning America, "I want to do this because one, it was such an incredible experience the last time we did this on tour." Adding, "it's a part of my whole life, about giving back and I think it's really important that I continue to do this while I'm on tour."
