First Day Nerves

School's in session!  Today I took some time to talk to parents.  I can say most of them said their children were excited!  Other kids were nervous, or either their parents were.  Some were beginning their first day in high school, junior high, and Pre K.  I don't think parents will ever be prepared for the changes that come.  As kids we were so ready to finish school and become adults.  Now that we are parents, it seems time slips away so fast.  We think about how they were when they were babies, and then poof...it's time for high school.  Enjoy each season with your kids.  They are experiencing new and different experiences.  Some will be amazing, and some will be a little scary.  Either way kids, know that your parents always got your back.
