Frances is Like a Second Mother

Where do we start about Frances. She has been a loyal employee for the companies, working over 30 years with several of the businesses. Frances is not just an co-worker to the employees, she is like a second mother. Frances loves to see everyone's kids, grandkid's and there when an employee needs someone to just listen to them. She handles all the day to day work such as answering phones, handling book keeping, payroll, paying billings and much more. She Never likes to be in the spotlight or get recognition for all that she does for all the employees and the store!!!
