'The Bachelor' starlet Gia Allemand was laid to rest yesterday (Aug. 22) in a moving funeral service.

Allemand's mom, Donna Micheletti, and boyfriend, Ryan Anderson, consoled one another throughout the service, held at the Trinity Grace Church in the Chelsea neighborhood of New York City.

The fallen beauty's father, Eugene Allemand, "remained stoic" throughout the service, per the New York Daily News. He told the paper that he is "in the dark" about his daughter's final resting place, calling the ordeal "frustrating." We can only imagine.

Previously, Allemand's coworkers held a memorial service in her honor in New Orleans, where she last lived before her death.

Allemand attempted suicide on Aug. 12 after an argument with Anderson in which he told her he didn't love her anymore. She suffered oxygen loss and severe brain and organ damage, requiring life support. Life support was pulled on Aug. 13. She was 29 years old at the time of her death.

Our thoughts remain with Allemand's loved ones during this difficult time.
