Have You Seen Oso?

This is Oso and he is missing. He was let out to use the potty and didn't come back. His collar and tags were found in the road. He is  missing from Adcock Dairy Road. and Lower Mission Valley Road area. He is 14 years old and is a special needs baby. Please help us find him!!! If you see him please call Heidi at 1 361 894-1018
