Congrats to Hugh Grant! The ever charming - even when caught with hookers - British actor is a dad for the second time.

The 'Notting Hill' star announced the birth of his son on Twitter yesterday (Feb. 16), answering almost every possible question before anyone could think to ask them.

The lil' man's full name is Felix Chang Hong Grant, per The Daily Mail, which notes that "Felix is the Latin word for lucky and Chang in Chinese means long-lasting."

He was born Dec. 29 and registered on Valentine's Day.

As for the "fab mum"? It's Tinglan Hong, with whom Grant had his first child, an unplanned but graciously-welcomed daughter named Tabitha, in September 2011.

When Hong's pregnancy with Tabitha was first announced, Grant's rep described his relationship with the China-born Hong as "a fleeting affair," which wound up being something Grant regretted.

"I felt it was important to be honest and not have a wrong version, a twisted version, appear in the papers, which was that she was my girlfriend who had been dumped when she got pregnant, which was simply not the case, or that it was a planned pregnancy that I ran away from," he said.

He explained, "I was protecting her reputation -- I didn't want her to appear to be a jilted girlfriend. I was protecting mine -- I didn't want it to seem that I was a monster who ran away from his girlfriend. It’s true I've been given a hard time for using those words because ... which is ironic seeing as it’s actually the truth, but that doesn't seem to be very popular."

Still, it couldn't have been too fleeting if he knocked her up again. Rumor has it they got more serious after Tabitha's birth.

"Everyone was right all these years, saying, 'Hugh, why don't you have some children? It changes your life,'" the chronic bachelor told Ellen DeGeneres last year. "Now that I have one, it is life changing. I recommend it. Get some!"

Felix's birth was kept a secret -- Grant only told a handful of close friends, including his ex, Elizabeth Hurley, who's actually Tabitha's godmother. (Thanksgiving must be really interesting over there.)
