While Justin Timberlake didn’t marry fiancée Jessica Biel this past weekend despite the rumors and media reports, we’re sure that the nuptials are coming down the pike sooner than later. That’s likely why JT and JB have put their swanky Manhattan penthouse on the market to the tune of $7 million.

JT purchased the posh pad, which boasts nearly 2,600 square feet of space in the Soho Mews building, back in November 2010, so he is unloading it almost as quickly as he picked it up.

Real Estalker reports that the crib has been on the market for a little over a month, with not much fanfare and chatter, at least in the online celebrity real estate circles, about its availability and the fact that its owners chose to list it.

The abode boasts 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, a fireplace, galley-style kitchen and a wrap around terrace with views of the Empire State Building. Sounds like a respectable place to hang one’s hat and to call “home.”

JT is known for his love of design, especially in the home, so he certainly showed his good taste with this crib. However, with a new marriage and major life change on the horizon, there doesn’t seem to be the need for what feels like a big city bachelor pad, even though it’s suggested that Biel is also a seller.

So if you’ve got a cool $7 mil to shell out, all this could be yours. Plus, think of the conversation starter it is. “So, I bought my house from Justin Timberlake…”
