Kid Cudi adds some star power to ‘Old School Caddy,’ a new song by accomplished hip-hop producer Hit-Boy, who has begun releasing his own music.

The poppy rap tune finds Hit-Boy rapping the hook, “Old school Caddy or a new school beat.” Cudi jumps on the track around the 2:00 mark and proclaims himself “the friendly neighborhood menace.

He spits, “My daughter got a father who is off his f—ing rocker / Known around the globe as a stoner chief rocker / Range ripper, honest little motherf—er / In the SLS stuntin’ like a motherf—er / I tell the moon don’t fail me now / A n—- getting close to happy, I say / I tell my mom she raised a hell of a child / Four kids alone with no daddy / Real s—.

Hit-Boy’s most notable recent production was ‘N—-s in Paris’ by Kanye West and Jay-Z. Hit-Boy discussed the possibility of releasing a full album when he tweeted, “People asking me to put out a mixtape I prob won’t do that but I might just put out an album y’all can listen to for free.”

As for Kid Cudi, his next effort is called ‘Indicud‘ and will feature the likes of Kanye, Pusha T, and Jaden Smith. Cudi also appears on the upcoming G.O.O.D. Music album ‘Cruel Summer.’
