After months of waiting, Miley Cyrus and Mark Ronson have finally dropped their collaboration, "Nothing Breaks Like a Heart." And let's just say it was worth the wait.

The pop star's twangy vocal delivery is reminiscent of her godmother, country legend Dolly Parton, while Ronson's production gives the song a feel that would fit snugly with the songs on Lorde's latest album, Melodrama.

The song's accompanying video shows Miley being chased, albeit slowly, by police as she casually drives down city streets, through strip clubs, shooting ranges, and other interesting locales. Fans line the streets with signs, football players take a knee, and even nuns join in on the action, all clearly Team Miley.

Near the end of the clip, the producer hops into the car, until finally they wave the white flag and surrender.

Miley recently announced that she and Ronson will be performing on Saturday Night Live together on December 15. She may have just released her latest album, Young Now, last year, but it seems like a new era has started. And we're here for it.
