Is ‘Superbass’ Just a Jay-Z Song Sped Up?
If you slow down Nicki Minaj’s hit ‘Superbass,’ you might get the impression that Jay-Z has been playing an elaborate trick on us all along….
While we don’t really believe both artists are one and the same, it’s eerie to hear how smoothly Jay-Z’s cadence and style are imitated by the younger artist. Of course the resemblance is only fleeting, since Minaj is known for trying on several different funny voices per song.
The oddest thing is that this track by ‘Nicholas MinJay-Z’ could probably be just as big a hit on the radio as Minaj’s original.
