We all know that Taylor Swift is always happy to get a little touchy-feely with her adoring Switifies during meet-and-greet events. But when it comes to non-consensual touching, especially that of a sexual nature, that's an entirely different thing altogether, and it wont be tolerated—as it shouldn't.

Unfortunately, some people still think it's okay to touch women's bodies without permission, such as former Denver radio personality David Mueller (known on the airwaves as "Jackson") who was fired from his job back in 2013 after being accused of grabbing Swift's behind during a meet & greet photo shoot. The incident in which Mueller allegedly lifted Swift's "skirt with his hands and grabbed her bottom" occurred backstage at the Denver Pepsi Center on June 2, 2013.

Over two years later, on Thursday, September 10, the former KYGO radio employee fired back at Swift and her team by filing a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court in Denver, claiming that he had been falsely accused, denying any inappropriate contact with the artist, and saying that he lost his job unfairly two days following the alleged incident. Mueller also claims in the lawsuit that he had previously met a number of other celebrities without any incident.

The lawsuit claims, "The contention that Mr. Mueller lifted up Ms. Swift's skirt and grabbed her bottom, while standing with his girlfriend, in front of Ms. Swift's photographer and Ms. Swift's highly trained security personnel, during a company sponsored, VIP, backstage meet-and-greet, is nonsense, particularly given that Ms. Swift's skirt is in place and is not being lifted by Mr. Mueller's hand in the photograph."

In response, on Saturday Taylor's publicist released a statement claiming that the former radio host's employer, KYGO, was presented "damning" photo evidence of the fondling after the incident occurred and that the station made its own "independent decision" to fire Mueller.

While we of course hope that Swift's bottom wasn't assaulted, we can't imagine why her team would go to such great lengths against Mueller unless it was true. However, only time will tell how the lawsuit plays out.
