Artist Coalition Calls for Grammy Boycott After Several Categories Given the Ax

If you've ever sat through an entire Grammy Awards show, the idea of having a few less categories might not strike you as such a bad idea -- but for some of the artists affected by the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences' recent decision to whittle down the number of awards, it's a potentially racist affront.

A group of musicians -- including Paul Simon and jazz legend Herbie Hancock -- has banded together to call for a boycott of CBS, which airs the awards ceremony, and is investigating a legal response to the Grammy cutbacks. As artist Bobby Sanabria put it in an interview with the AP, "We will ask people to stop watching CBS, boycott their sponsors and then write them. We’re at a critical juncture."

The home that inspired F. Scott Fitzgerald to write eternal high school English class assignment 'The Great Gatsby' has been torn down, according to reports.

'Lands End' was a grand mansion on Long Island's North Shore, which was built by a newspaper publisher in 1902.

For a period of time during the '20s, Fitzgerald lived across the bay from Lands End, and would watch the lavish, celebrity-filled parties which took place within its confines. He later incorporated many of these observation into 'The Great Gatsby.'

Charlie Sheen Hints at Return to ‘Two and a Half Men’

After all the drama, headaches and "WINNING," is there a chance that Charlie Sheen will return to 'Two and a Half Men'? The answer may surprise you.

According to the Chicago Tribune, the troubled actor, who is in the midst of his 'Violent Torpedo of Truth / Defeat Is Not an Option' tour, sat down with a local Boston radio station Tuesday night, during which he said there have been "discussions" about a possible return to the top-rated CBS sitcom.

"There have been discussions, but I was asked not to divulge anything," he told WBZ-FM.

Sheen also admitted that his erratic behavior played a role in getting him fired from the series.
