For many dog lovers, getting a memorial tattoo in honor of your departed friend or even just some ink to show how rad you think Spud MacKenzie is makes perfect sense, especially if you're new to the world of piercings and tattoos.

Being a dog in today's society must be really confusing. They're probably thinking, "how have I suddenly sprouted human eyebrows?" or "why the heck am I driving Power Wheels?" The answer is simple -- because confused dogs are hilarious. That's why we love it when they catch a glimpse of themselves in the mirror.

As far as hats go, you really can't beat a sombrero. It screams "party" and announces to the world that you're a mellow dude who probably plays a mean guitar in a mariachi band. But when you put a sombrero on an animal, that's when the magic happens...

If there's one thing we know about dogs, it's that they love attention. In our experience, pupsters are full-on hams when it comes to getting in front of the camera, and truthfully, we wouldn't have it any other way. Remember those ridiculously cute Halloween costumes? We rest our case.

In the battle of dog versus orange, we might have to declare that this one goes to the latter.

Holy cow, it's a dog that can drive! Sort of. Granted, we've seen dogs driving actual cars before, but this one is an enormous dog in a tiny Power Wheels. Plus he has no idea how to steer. The technical skill may not be as impressive as those well-trained dogs in New Zealand, but the cute factor is waaaay up here, folks...

The holidays might be over, but there are still tons of reasons to be happy. For starters, dogs with eyebrows are now a thing, and we couldn't be more stoked. Plus, there's really nothing fun about sporting a scowl, so we like to keep things positive and fun.

This is Charles the lion dog. He does look pretty lion-y. It must be even more astounding in person, because one Norfolk, Virginia, resident saw him on the street and called the police, saying there was a lion on the loose and it was potentially looking for food.

If there's anything cuter than a poodle, it's a poodle in a sweater. Come on, you can't tell us a Pokemon pug isn't totally adorable or a Santa puppy fails to pull on your animal-loving heartstrings. That being said, things are kept fairly tame on our end when it comes to dressing up our dogs, because we don't want to embarrass them too much.

One of the best things about our pets (and animals in general) is that they have zero insight as to how cute and hilarious they actually are. They're adorably compliant too, like when we feel like dressing up cats in couture clothes or puppies in 'Star Wars' costumes. It's just what embarrassing pet owners do. Old Money Dog took off about two weeks ago on Reddit, providing an opportunity to make jokes about how rich animals are still animals for people who prefer dogs to the Aristocat. In simple words, there are a lot of jokes about how dogs like to eat their own refuse.
