Lead researcher Jessica Bachman, assistant professor in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at Marywood University in Scranton, PA, was part of a group that profiled 250 people who’d lost significant amounts of weight. The key was to learn how they maintain their weight loss in order to help others lose weight and keep it off.

Researchers from the University of Pittsburgh observed 35 healthy married couples’ sleeping habits over a 10-day period. With the help of a device called an actigraph, they were able to chart how well they slept, and how long it took them to fall asleep.

I’m all about natural sun. But I’m not about showing my ashy white “coming out of hibernation” skin tone my first time in a swimsuit. I like to be prepared with at least a slight golden tone. And I’m not just thinking of me, I’m also thinking of you. You don’t want to see these legs right out of winter.

Well, last week my son was sick and was prescribed antibiotics. When I went to the pharmacy (I won’t name it), I got there at 7 P.M. The prescription had been faxed over at 4 P.M. but it wasn’t ready yet. The tech asked me, “Do you need the prescription tonight?” and I said yes. Then I was informed they would try to fill it in half an hour and to check back.
