Man Brutally Murders Texas Mother And Hides Body In Closet

A Texas mother was found wrapped in bed sheets where she lay bloody, bruised, and dead.

TEXAS MOTHER FOUND BLOODY AND DEAD

The body of 27-year-old Corianna Johnson, mother to a 7-year-old boy, was found by police wrapped up in bed sheets and stuffed inside a man's closet.

FROM HANGING OUT TO "SNAPPING"

According to records, Johnson had been drinking with 34-year-old Omar Lucio at a local bar. At one point during the night, Johnson allegedly got the two kicked out of the bar. As the two left in a car, something came over Lucio.

Lucio said, he "snapped" inside the car and said he needed to "knock some sense into her." That's when Lucio began to head Johnson with his bare hands.

CALLING FOR HELP

A call was made to 9-1-1 by an unidentified woman who said Lucio had reached out to her that night. Lucio asked the woman to meet him at his apartment around 1:30 am. because he needed help with something.

The woman admitted to seeing Johnson's lifeless body on his bathroom floor. She described Johnson as having a bruised and bloody face and appeared to be dead.

When police arrived, they noticed bloody clothes inside Lucio's apartment. Lucio also had visible injuries to his hands and had blood under his fingernails and shoe.

Lucios admitted to "snapping" and beating Johnson, however, he did not tell police how Johnson ended up wrapped in the bedding and in the closet.

Family members say Johnson had a 7-year-old son.
