Statistics for the Week: In the Jaguars’ only game of the week she compiled a .500 batting average with a 1.750 slugging percentage and a .500 on-base percentage in a win over NCAA Division I Prairie View A&M. She also earned the win in the circle tossing a complete game as she allowed five runs (three earned) on 10 hits and two walks while striking out three. She collected a triple and a grand slam in the game as she finished with four RBI and two runs scored and was 2-for-2 on stolen bases.

What advice would you give to a younger player about the sport you are involved in that would help them improve? Somewhere someone is training and you are not, and when you compete against them, they will win. Always work hard and you will succeed.

What is you background and experience in the sport you participate in? I have been playing since I was 4 years old. My first team was Pugnacious. I played for La Port High School and was the team MVP in 2012. I’ve also played select ball with Texas Aces Express.
