Victoria Area Homeless Coalition Food Drive This Saturday

The Victoria Advocate is reporting that the Victoria Area Homeless Coalition is sponsoring Giving4Thanks, a community wide food drive to benefit the Food Bank of the Golden Crescent Groups. Families, businesses and organizations are encouraged to collect nonperishable items and bring them to DeLeon Plaza at 1 p.m. Saturday.

For every 20 pounds of food a person donates, he or she will receive a raffle ticket and a chance to win prizes.
