The Victoria Generals losing streak continues, as the team fell to the Acadiana Cane Cutters last night 4-2.

Kaleb Keith was the starting pitcher for the Generals, lasting 7 innings, while giving up 4 runs and striking out 2 batters.

The Generals got off to a good start with a 2-0 lead in the first with a Brian Portelli double that scored 2 runs. Unfortunately, that's all the offense the Generals could muster in the loss, which was the 4th for the team in their last 5 games.

The Generals try to get back on the winning track tomorrow night when the travel to take on the Brazos Valley Bombers. Their next home game is this Saturday for the start of the Texas Collegiate League playoffs.
