There is so much going on at The Texas Zoo so make sure you have your calendar out to write down these dates.

This Saturday is Pioneer Day. See what a  day in the life of early cowboy was like. This event will include pony rides, "gold" mining, hide tanning, animal shows, square dancing, covered wagon and cowboy chats, quilting, a cowboy comedy act, and much more. The event is from 9a-4pm. Annual Pass Holders get in free, adults are only $10 and children are $8.00. If you are a VIP make sure you check out the trade ins .  

Return on October 19th and 20th for Zoo Boo for some trick or treating at the zoo! Hang  out with ghouls, goblins, superheroes, fairies, princesses, and much more! There will also be a  most creative costume contest so be sure to join in the fun! This is a kid friendly event!

If you like to be scared make sure you attend the  Haunted Zoo! If you want to help be a part of the haunted zoo contact the Texas Zoo at 573-7681. Join in the fun from 8 p.m. - Midnight on October 26 -28th. Ages 13+ welcome with parent/guardian permission.
