150+ People Got the Same Tickets From the Same Officer in Texas

A massive line of people stretched around the court house ticketed drivers anxiously waited their turn to see a judge.

This was no ordinary line of offenders. Nearly every single person in line was recently ticketed by Deputy R. Hubbard for failing to stop at the notoriously tricky intersection.

A woman took out her camera and quickly started recording the outrageous line, as she waited nearly 5 hours to see a judge for a ticket she was issued by Deputy Hubbard.

"We stood in line for 5 hours for the same ticket from the same officer," the video caption reads.

Many people began to flood the comment section, immediately recognizing the area. One user who was there that day said, "We stood in line for 5 hours for the same ticket from the same officer."

Another person in the comments allegedly claimed to regularly see the deputy, "Same ticket same officer. What’s worse is I see him drive crazy running stop signs like he is above the law."

"Ol Hubbard has been doing this for a LONG time!!! He’s the most disliked cop in Cyp/Katy. My mom worked with him for years at Harris County," one user admitted.

It seems this particular deputy is notorious for lurking near the intersection of Fry Road and Interstate 10 in Katy, Texas. The most common ticket he issues at that location is for an “Improper stop” at a traffic light.

If someone breaks the traffic laws then officers have the authority to issue citations as a repercussion, however, due to the overwhelming amount of ticketing done by this particular officer it is becoming a battle between authority and community trust.
