Robin Williams to Return to TV for CBS Sitcom?
Could Mork be headed back to Earth? It seems Robin Williams’ bite from the TV acting bug might have been bigger than his recent ‘Louie‘ and ‘Wilfred‘ appearances, as the legendary funnyman may have his eye on a new gig at CBS. But what could have lured Williams back to a regular role after over 30 years off the tube, and why does the project have ‘Mad Men‘s Don Draper feeling a shiver up his spi

But what special guests can count themselves among the contestants? Will ‘The Facts of Life’ be enough to teach sitcom star Lisa Whelchel to s

Sportscaster Erin Andrews Finds New Home on FOX
Sports fans, in particular fans of nationally renowned (and occasionally peeped on) sportscaster Erin Andrews were likely dismayed last week to learn that their favorite blonde would no longer call ESPN home, but instead would seek employment elsewhere. NBC Renews ‘Law and Order: SVU,’ Orders New Dick Wolf Series
It doesn’t seem to matter that the original ‘Law & Order‘ has fallen by the wayside, that series star Christopher Meloni has since departed, or how old and parody-able the franchise has become, NBC isn’t ready to give up on ‘Law & Order: Special Victims Unit’ just yet. Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson Series Picked Up By HBO
It almost sounds too good to be true, doesn’t it? Two of America’s most charming Southern-flavored actors doing a buddy-detective story on cable? Perhaps an oversimplification, but for now it seems like HBO has won the bidding war to the high-profile new drama ‘True Detective,’ written by ‘The Killing‘s own Nic Pizzolato.
‘Late Night with Jimmy Fallon’ Scores President Obama, No Big Deal
You know, we can remember back when Jimmy Fallon was just that giggly guy on ‘Saturday Night Live‘ who couldn’t hold it together even moments through a sketch, and now, he’s a spokesman for Capital One, late night media darling, and now, sitting down with the President. Ain’t life funny?
Is A New ‘Star Trek’ TV Series in the Works?
It’s hard to think that an entire generation of young folk are more intimately familiar with the ‘Star Trek‘ of J.J. Abrams‘ reboot franchise, given the decades worth of 5+ TV series, and 10 resulting films, but the idea of bring ‘Star Trek’ back to TV is hardly a new one. So what are the odds of seeing that materialize in the near future?
