Presented by the Kiwanis Club of Victoria, this year's Riverside Ride, scheduled for Saturday, March 20th, at Riverside Park will be one for the history books!

Not only does this year's Riverside Ride consist of five routes, including a challenging 60-mile route through the rolling hills of northwest Victoria County, Riverside Ride presented by Kiwanis Club of Victoria will also include, what we hope is the first of many "KIDZ Fest" too!

Something new for our Crossroads kids to do outdoors with the family?

Yes, please!

According to the Kiwanis Club of Victoria's Facebook page, which you can view here,

"KIDZ Fest is an exciting new part of the event this year adding an opportunity for local organizations to engage youth of Victoria by providing free activities from 10am to 2pm."

Families can enjoy a fun outdoor event downtown with activities, entertainment, and food trucks from 10 am to 2 pm provided by local kid-focused organizations! There will also be a bike rodeo by the Victoria Police Department, and live music by Stephanie Ross and the Southern Drive Band.

Just going for the ride? Route options are approximations but they include 6 miles, 30 miles, 40 miles, 50 miles, and 60 miles riding options. And here is the thing... your participation helps the Kiwanis Club of Victoria aid children in the community by giving them the tools and support they need to be successful.

All riders are invited to participate. Each rider's registration will include a buddy band which includes breakfast or lunch tacos and two beers or soft drinks. Route details are available at www.riversideride.com with packet pickup and registration at DeLeon Plaza Friday from 6:30 to 7:30 pm and Saturday from 6:30 to 7:30 am.

See you at Kidz Fest!
