Cool Off at the New Splash Pad at Ethel Lee Tracy Park Beginning Tuesday

Is it hot enough for ya? If it isn't, don't worry because it's going to get hotter. The good news is, the city of Victoria has announced the opening of a new splash pad this Tuesday (July 24) from 5-10pm at Ethel Lee Tracy Park on E. Larkspur, behind Victoria Mall.

The grand opening will actually be a big splash (pun intended) with music, giveaways, and a shade tent.

The new city splash pad will be open regularly from 10am-7pm daily until October 1st, along with the 2 others currently in operation at Lone Tree Creek at 4009 E. Airline, and at 211 N. Ben Wilson at Community Park.

Splash pads are also available for after hours rental for private parties. Call the parks and recreation department at 485-3200 for more information.
