Crossroads Area Schedule for Week 1of High School Football
High School Football is back. The season officially kicks off on Friday, August 26th. All area high schools will kick off with non-district play. The West Warriors will open the season with a home game at Frost Bank Memorial Stadium. The STJ Flyers will have a 'home' game in Edna and the East Titans will open in San Antonio. Here is the week one schedule for all area High Schools.
THE WEST WARRIORS:
The West Warriors went 6-5,5-3 during the 2021-2022 season with a first-round playoff exit. The West Warriors will open up with a non-district matchup with a home game versus Davenport on Friday, August 26th at Memorial Stadium.
THE EAST TITANS:
The East Titans went 6-4,5-3 during the 2021-2022 season The East Titans will open their season on the road at Taft for a non-district matchup on Friday, August 26th.
ST. JOSEPH FLYERS:
The St. Joseph Flyers went 5-6,1-4 during the 2021-2022 season with a first-round playoff exit. STJ will open at home (EDNA) against Aransas Pass. St. Joseph's home games will be played at Memorial Stadium and in Edna and Yoakum
THE RIVALRY GAME:
The 2022 East/West Rivalry game will have some drama this year and could have some playoff implications! It will be the season finale on Friday, November 4th! Last year the boot went to West with a 63-46 victory over East. East will be the home team this year. All home games for East and West will be played at Frost Bank Memorial Stadium.
