Finding a Dead Frog in Your Salad Is the Perfect Way to Ruin Your Lunch [PHOTO]

This is definitely not the type of green you want to see in your salad.

Pret A Manger, which has a chain of sandwich shops in New York City, allegedly served a customer a salad with a dead frog in it, which you can see in the photo above.

Look closely – it’s kind of like finding Waldo, except in a sea of vegetables.

Pret a Manger released a statement about the incident:

At Pret A Manger, we take issues like this very seriously. Our lettuce is sourced from farms that do not use any pesticides on its produce, therefore organic matter does very rarely manage to pass through our production process. We are currently looking into this issue to make every effort that this does not happen again.”

The restaurant did act quickly, refunding the customer her money and giving her a coupon for free lunch.

Which we will assume won’t be any sort of salamander salad.
