We know summer vacation is super short this year, with the back-to-school date for VISD students set on August 9th.

So you know what that means? Sure, this means it's time to get school supplies, but it also means It's Time to Party kids! Yep, it's time for backpacks, school supplies, AND a party JUST FOR KIDS! Okay well, kids and their parents.

Thanks to Toyota of Victoria and Townsquare Media, it's time to party with our 2nd Annual Back to School Backpack Giveaway on Sunday, July 31st from 4 to 6 pm at downtown DeLeon Plaza and this year it's going to be EPIC!

The first 200 kids get free backpacks thanks to Toyota of Victoria and the school supplies will be donated thanks to local caring businesses just like YOU!

In fact, if you are a local business that would like to join the fun to celebrate our Crossroads kids, be sure to call Townsquare Media at 361.573.0777 and ask for Diane. She has all the details! We are looking for local businesses to join us while we throw our Crossroads kids one last party before the school year starts! If you'd like to donate supplies you can also drop your donations off at 107 North Star Drive and we will be sure to get these much-needed and APPRECIATED supplies to the children.

We will have plenty for the kids to do too of course, including a foam party! It's a crowd favorite and always a good time!
