The art scene in Victoria is awesome, and the Downtown Victoria Art Walk being held this weekend on Saturday, December 18th is THE PLACE TO BE for great art and Xmas shopping.

So what is the Downtown Victoria Art Walk? We are so glad you asked! 

According to the DVAW website which you should read all about in detail here,

"The Downtown Victoria Art Walk (DVAW) is a self-guided art experience of local galleries, artist studios, local businesses, and cultural events that started (originally in June 2021) along the Downtown and Main Street area in Victoria, TX. The DVAW will engage, educate, and inform attendees through connecting art lovers and enthusiasts to galleries, artists, and local businesses."

The DVAW is a collaborative initiative between the Victoria Main Street Program, Crossroads Art House, and the Victoria Art League! We are talking some serious art masterminding right here in little old Victoria Texas! 

Victoria has always had an amazing art community.

From the Nave, Five Points, VC, and the  Art League, to Bach, Symphony, Theatre, and Ballet to name a few, Victoria is rich in arts of all genres. We're just glad more people are recognizing, participating, and supporting it!

The Downtown Art Walk is truly an event you don't want to miss.

You will be able to enjoy live music, shopping, and dining throughout downtown ( which is an art wonderland in itself). Just get downtown and we promise you will find the WALK!

If you don't want to walk or just want to experience something even more different than before, there will be on-site trolley shuttle services that will take attendees to each venue offering art, so you can take in and take home all the incredible art without the hassle!
