It's good to be the 6ix God.

On Monday night (Sept. 2), Drake hit up the Novikov restaurant, and at some point during the course of his meal, he got the staff to play Young Thug's So Much Fun album. He documented the experience on his Instagram story.

"Made them switch the music to @thuggerthugger1 in Novikov now the restaurant having so much funnnnn," Drizzy wrote in the story, which is soundtracked by the sounds of Thugger's "Just How It Is" and the Toronto rapper's conversation with his friends.

Drizzy's IG story comes a week after Thugger secured his first-ever No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 chart. With high-profile features, hard-hitting features and a J. Cole and Travis Scott-assisted lead single, the LP was destined to be his most commercially successful. After it moved 125,000 equivalent album units, Thug's place among the rap game's all-around elite is something everyone's got to reckon with if they hadn't before.

Thugger will try to carry the momentum of his new LP with him when he begins touring with Machine Gun Kelly, YBN Nahmir and more later this month. For his part, Drizzy, who toured in Europe earlier this year, is supposedly knee-deep in album mode. After being relatively quiet in 2019—at least, as quiet as the world's most popular rapper can be—Drizzy has hinted that he's in the studio concocting his next major project. Here's to hoping we get that soon.
