Funkmaster Flex Trolls Cardi B Over Drugging and Robbing Claims

Funkmaster Flex decided to poke fun at Cardi B over a controversial video in which she revealed that she once drugged and robbed clients for money when she was a stripper.

On Saturday (March 30), the Hot 97 radio personality jumped onto his Instagram page and posted a pic that reimagines Colin Kaepernick’s “Believe in something. Even if it means sacrificing everything” Nike ad and uses an image of Cardi B. The tagline in the photo reads: “Tomorrow isn’t promised. Rob him today.”

In the caption, Flex added, "Internet doesn’t stop!!! Rules: STAY WOKE: Fellas Don’t drink, eat or get high around them... stash valuables... $100 decoy money in pocket... they crib (never) Hotel always! 2 hours max!" with the hashtag #ProtectionStarterKit.

In her defense, the rapper has shown contrition about her past activities. "I never glorified the things I brought up in that live," she wrote in a lengthy IG post. "I never even put those things in my music because I'm not proud of it and feel a responsibility not to glorify it. The men I spoke about in my live were men that I dated that I was [involved] with men that were conscious willing and aware. I have a past that I can't change we all do."

The meme described above wasn't the first one Cardi meme Flex has posted. In one post, the veteran DJ warned men to not get involved with dubious women. "Fellas just be careful who u lay up with! hahahah! Leave your wallet in the car!" he wrote.
