Funny Kid Doing the Weather Forecast Absolutely Owns This Newscast

Some kids just love mugging for the camera.

First, there was the 'Apparently Kid.' Now there's this young lad, named Charlie, who thoroughly enjoys being part of the weather segment on Chicago's WGN.

This kid's got personality, alright, and he isn't afraid to show it. Maybe he should be allowed to do some hard news -- somehow, listening to him talk about things like healthcare and the national deficit would make it all seem better.
