Girl, 5, Battling Cancer Gets Fantastic ‘Princess for a Day’ Party

Here's the type of fairy tale that will make anyone smile.

A five-year-old girl in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania battling cancer was recently treated like a princess for a day, thanks to the efforts of an organization called Jamie's Dream Team.

Brielle Kelly got to wear a princess gown and was treated to a ride in a horse-drawn carriage before attending a party at a local hotel in her honor filled with characters from Hersheypark, music and ballet dancers.

Brielle has been dealing with several health issues since she was born, including an intestines that needed to be replaced and a bowel tumor. Currently, she has lymphoma. She's spent roughly a third of her life in the hospital.
