H-E-B Now Offers Free Curbside Pickup Throughout Texas
Curbside Changes at H-E-B
Here's to hoping that curbside pickup at H-E-B stays available forever. I can't go back to the old way before the pandemic. Why go inside and walk around and shop when I can shop on my phone while watching the Astros and then just pull up and get everything I need right there at the curb.
Why go inside? Well, There's Still Sample Day.
Very well, I will make an exception for any days when they might bring back the store-wide free samples. Until then, I love my curbside to go. If you feel the same you will be thrilled to learn that H-E-B is going to go ahead and wave the $4.95 curbside fee! You will still need to have an order of $35 or more to be able to use the curbside feature, but at least that is one more lemoncello I can buy from the bakery. Bonus - if you find that your order doesn't total up to $35 dollars, you can still use the curbside service and pay a smaller $2.95 basket surcharge.
H-E-B's Rachel Vargas said in a press release that “Our goal with H-E-B Curbside is to give Texans an easier, more convenient way to shop for the products they want and need, and we are excited to now offer this service free to all our H-E-B customers."
How Do I Start Doing Curbside Pickup?
Curbside pick-up is available at H-E-B Plus on Navarro. You can order your groceries using the H-E-B mobile app or by going directly to HEB.com. One of the things so many love about the service is that customers are able to use Snap EBT payments if they order with H-E-B's app or website. Be sure to share the info with your fellow H-E-B-loving Texans. The service is offered at 250 locations throughout our great state.
