HEB’s big giveaway is in full force as Texans across the state enter to win free groceries for a year.

Over the span of 120 days, HEB is giving away free year of groceries for a year, here’s how you can win!

TIMEFRAME TO WIN

HEB is celebrating 120 years of business with their Big Thanks Texas Giveaway. From February 10 til June 9, 2025 one lucky winner will be chosen daily and YOU could be next.

With inflation in full effect, a year of free groceries sure sounds nice. Each winner will be awarded a $7,000 H-E-B gift card.

HOW TO ENTER IN STORE

Open the My H-E-B app, tap the barcode at the top right corner of the screen, which will bring up a barcode. While checking out scan the barcode to enter.

You can also enter your phone number at checkout when making an in-store purchase if your number is connected to your My H‑E‑B account and verified.

HOW TO ENTER CURBSIDE OR DELIVERY

When you use your My H‑E‑B account for curbside or delivery orders, you will receive an entry on the day of pickup or delivery. You can also enter without a purchase by mail.
