An 18-year-old Kroger employee in Houston has officially been arrested after he was caught recording a video up a woman’s dress while she was just trying to buy milk with her daughter.
Recording up a woman's dress is terrible, but having her daughter witness is even worse. According to records, the woman’s daughter actually saw 18-year-old Carlos Palacios angle his phone under her mom’s dress, and she confronted him about it!

Caught on Camera

Back on October 21st Houston Kroger store caught a disturbing moment on camera. Surveillance video shows Palacios positioning his phone, getting confronted, and then awkwardly handing his phone off before trying to walk away like nothing happened.
Palacios took off his jacket as if he was attempting to hide his work badge, which might have worked, but cameras exist and capture everything.
Palacios has since been arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. The Harris County Sheriff’s Office confirmed he’s now facing a charge of Invasive Visual Recording, which, for good reason, is a crime. He’s no longer employed at Kroger, and court records show he didn’t have any prior criminal history.
The daughter of the victim showed a beam of confidence when confronting a terrible moment in order to protect her mother's privacy. The amount of disturbing everyday crimes never ceases to amaze me. Make sure you’re aware of your surroundings and stay vigilant.
