Comparing statistics including volunteer rates, the amount of money donated and a few others, the Lone Star State came in at a lowly 45 out of 50 states. At least we beat out Arizona, Lousiana, Nevada, Rhode Island and Hawaii. Who was the number one most charitable? Utah.
