$1 Million Dollar Jackpot Scratch-Off Sold in Port Aransas

Another big jackpot-winning ticket was sold in another small Texas town. Just Yesterday, we learned that a $1 million top-prize jackpot for the $10 ticket, Cash Explosion was sold in Lolita, Texas, population is around 760. Today the Texas Lottery announced that a $1 million jackpot ticket was sold in Port Aransas at the Stripes Store, located at 3501 Hwy. 361. The population in Port Aransas is just over 3100.

The $1 million winning ticket was from the $20 game, Diamond 7, and was the third million dollar jackpot in the series. Only one jackpot remains in this game. The winning ticket was bought by someone who was just passing through Texas. The winning person is from Acuña, Coahuila, Mexico.

Another Man Traveling Through TX Wins $5 Million on Scratch Off Bought in SA

Earlier this year, a Minnesota man who was traveling through Texas and picked up a scratcher at a San Antonio and won a $5 million jackpot. The winner lives in Saint Cloud, Minnesota purchased the ticket at the Kwik Trip Food Store located at 5700 S. Flores Street. The resident ended up winning the top prize-winning, a ticket worth $5 million in the $50 scratch ticket game $200 million Cash Blowout, it was the final top prize in this ticket, This win follows my theory of big tickets mostly being sold at nondescript-looking convenience stores.
