
A Top-Prize Scratch Ticket Sold at H-E-B On Rio Grande In Victoria
Luck just struck another person in Victoria, and it all started with $2. A $30,000 winning ticket was sold at the H-E-B on Rio Grande.
This was the top prize for the $2 game called Lucky No. 7, and the first top-prize claimed in this game. The ticket was claimed on January 2, 2026, and the winner elected to remain anonymous.
Victorians are having good luck with the small tickets.
Just last month, another top prize of $2 was sold in Victoria at the Cimmaron Junction. Both of these wins go against my personal theory of top prizes being sold at inconspicuous stores.
