Buc-ee's Files Copyright Infringement Against Missouri Store 'Bar

A household name in Texas, Buc'ee's has just filed trademark infringement on Missouri based gas station, Barc-ss's. The casual person can probably recognize the similarities between both stores. The suit also alleged that Barc-ee's acknowledged that Buc-ee's was the inspiration for the concept as reported by Fox 4 News.

These are some of the similarities.

Barc-ee's has a dog park, coffee and food shops. It also has a Western-theme as well. It is located in Southwest Missouri. Buc-ee's also alleged the mascots are very similar. The lettering of the logo and even the red tongue of the mascot. You be the judge.

Speaking of Buc-ee's, who remembers this gem that went viral back in 2021. The video is of a woman visiting Buc-ee's for the first time and mispronouncing the name during the whole video. I remember the internet, well, at least, Texans losing it. LOL.
