The City of Victoria officials have encountered many well-known chains, including the above-mentioned, that have shown interest in setting up shop in Victoria. However, they have been unable to find local residents to serve as franchisees.
The City has planned a Growing Victoria Franchise Workshop.
The city will continue its efforts to make Victoria a destination for new businesses. The Growing Victoria Franchise Workshop will be a half-day event where residents can learn more about what it takes to become a franchise owner, network with the experts, and learn about resources available to business owners in Victoria.
Reserve your spot for the franchise workshop.
The event will take place on Monday, May 4, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Texas A&M Victoria Small Business Development Center, 1604 E Airline. You can reserve your spot by signing up at victoria.gov/franchise. There is no cost associated with this workshop.
If you could be a franchisee, what business would you bring to Victoria?
