Obviously some of the recalled items are sold exclusively in H-E-B or Trader Joe's, but you can also find some of these names on shelves in Costco or Walmart. In Texas, it looks like you particularly need to keep an eye out at H-E-B and Walmart.
If you do have the recalled tuna in your home, you can bring it back to the store, or reach out to the manufacturer for reimbursement. It is not recommended to ignore the recall.
