Justin Bieber has friends in high places -- and no, we're not making a pun for his occasionally marijuana-heavy extracurricular activities. The Biebs was spotted hanging out with Hova himself, Jay-Z, over the weekend, and rubbing elbows with A-list hip-hop figures at Jay's Legends of Summer tour stop in Miami.

Paps spotted Justin and Jigga hopping into a car together, and the Canadian crooner took a slew of pics with the Brooklyn-born rapper-mogul and their mutual pals at the show.

Justin Bieber, Jay-Z and Kevin Hart probably shared a few laughs.
