Man on the Run After Ruthlessly Killing Young Texas Boy
UPDATE: Terry Bryan Rivera is on the run after police identifying him as the person who killed the innocent 12-year-old boy, Carlos Fernandez.
According to Harris County Sheriff's Department, Rivera had dated the young boy's mother. A day prior to the shooting, Rivera had attacked the mother.

A FAMILY INNOCENTLY ASLEEP
Monday night an entire family's life was changed in the blink of an eye. A 6-year-old, 7-year-old, 12-year-old, and two adults were asleep in a single room early Monday morning. According to Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, a suspect invaded their home in a targeted attack.
A suspect approached the bedroom window where the family was sleeping around 3 am. The suspect then pulled out a gun and opened fire, shooting directly into the bedroom. The suspect then escaped in a pickup truck.

Everyone in the room was unharmed except 12-year-old, Carlos Fernandez. Carlos was hit by a bullet and sadly, he was pronounced dead at the scene.

“Just heartbreaking, thinking that this child would probably be getting ready for school very soon. And unfortunately, that’s not going to happen.”
