Mr Gatti’s Pizza, the beloved Texas-based restaurant, is set to open 92 new locations inside Walmart stores across Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Kentucky.

Starting later this year, the expansion will kick off with 12 new spots in North Texas and Southern Oklahoma.

On Monday, the company shared their excitement on Facebook.

WALMART'S NEW PIZZA SPOT

Walmart’s new pizza spots will have counter service and seating, perfect for grabbing a slice or two while you shop. The menu will undoubtedly be loaded with pizzas, wings, salads, sandwiches, and more. You'll even be able to order through the Mr Gatti’s app and pick up your food when you’re done shopping.

A ONE STOP DESTINATION FOR HUNGRY SHOPPERS

Amy White, Walmart's Senior Manager of Business Development, is all in on this tasty partnership. She said, “This collaboration not only aligns with our commitment to offering diverse and high-quality options but also supports our goal of creating a one-stop destination for all our customers' needs.”

NOT GETTING THE FULL GATTI'S EXPERIENCE

However, there's a bit of a bummer: the classic Gatti’s games and arcade likely won't be part of the Walmart experience. For many of us, those games are a big part of the Gatti’s experience. But even without the arcade, the pizza and other tasty treats are sure to make your shopping trip a lot more fun.
