Many people woke up this week and found out they were out of a job after the mega seafood chain, Red Lobster, abruptly shut the doors to nearly 50 stores with little to no notice.
Hostess, which makes such iconic foods as Wonder Bread and Twinkies, has filed for bankruptcy. The company is some $860 million in debt, so clearly some restructuring is in order.
